What to Expect
Therapy Sessions
Therapy sessions are a dedicated space for reflection, exploration, and support. Sessions are guided by your goals and your pace, and there is no “right” way to show up.
Some sessions may focus on understanding patterns or experiences, while others may focus on developing tools for coping or grounding. It’s normal for sessions to feel different from week to week.
Above all, therapy is a space where you can be yourself—without judgment
Frequency & Ongoing Work
Most clients attend sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis, though this can vary depending on your needs and circumstances. We will regularly check in to make sure therapy continues to feel supportive and aligned with your goals.
Therapy is not about rushing toward solutions, but about creating sustainable, meaningful change over time
Fit, Comfort and Collaboration
A strong therapeutic relationship is important. If at any point therapy does not feel like the right fit, we can talk about it openly. My goal is for you to feel supported—whether that’s with me or through another resource that better meets your needs
